Always Athletes LLC is a Maryland limited liability company that operates the Always Eligible app, a training-program service for former athletes. Contact: legal@alwayseligible.com.
Account information: your email address and a password, used to create and secure your account (authentication is provided by Supabase). App content you create: your questionnaire answers (sport, training background, equipment, schedule, and — optionally — body weight and goal weight), the training programs generated for you, training logs, and personal records you save. This content is stored on your device and synced to your account so it follows you across devices. Purchases: subscription status is managed by Apple and our subscription processor, RevenueCat. We receive your subscription tier and status; we never receive or store your payment card details. Technical basics: our service providers process standard technical data (such as IP address and device type) needed to deliver the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads or share your data with advertisers. We do not collect precise location. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
To provide the Service: generating your programs, saving your records, syncing your content across devices, and applying the features of your subscription tier. To operate the business: processing subscriptions, providing support, and maintaining security. That's it.
We use a small number of processors to run the Service: Supabase (account authentication and encrypted data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (App Store distribution and payment). The training information you enter (such as body weight or exercise history) is provided voluntarily by you to generate programming. Always Athletes LLC is not a healthcare provider, and information in the app is not medical-record data covered by HIPAA.
Your content is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Account → Delete Account); deletion removes your account and all synced content from our systems. Content stored locally on your device is removed when you delete the app or sign in with a different account.
Account data is protected by industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport and row-level access controls that restrict every record to the account that owns it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
